Nichole Hand

Nichole has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with expertise spanning both finance and federal contracting. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations of all sizes—from small businesses to major defense contractors—and has served the U.S. Government directly as part of a major programs source selection team. Her background includes leadership in contracts management, risk identification, proposal development, and compliance with FAR and DFARS requirements.

 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia College & State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology Management from Macon State College. She also achieved DAWIA Level I Certification in Contracting, previously held a Secret Clearance, and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

 

A longtime resident of Warner Robins, Georgia, she has lived there for more than 30 years with her wife and two daughters. Her family is her greatest joy, and together they enjoy games, movies, and reading. In her spare time, she also pursues personal interests in music, writing, and LEGO building.
